Kent Reliance, the award winning savings provider and part of the OSB Group, has opened the doors to its new Strood branch today. The new larger branch is located just round the corner from the old branch and can be found at 137 High Street, Strood. Customers will benefit from enhanced facilities, which includes increased space and greater privacy whilst carrying out essential banking.
Jenny Longbottom, Savings Operations Manager, Kent Reliance said: “We understand that our branches are really important to customers and that they value the personal service our staff offer. Having successfully navigated the challenges of the past year, we’ll continue to follow the government guidelines to ensure the safety of both customers and branch colleagues, by asking customers to only visit branches for essential banking transaction such as paying in cash or making withdrawals.
At Kent Reliance, we’re continuing with our plans for the future and we’re really pleased to progress our branch enhancement programme to ensure we offer the best possible customer experience. These enhancements have been designed following extensive customer research, and include reception service areas to reduce waiting times and private consultation rooms.”
Branch improvements begin on the Chatham branch at the end of February 2021, when it will close for approximately two weeks, whilst undergoing refurbishment to bring customers an enhanced layout with improved access.
