Kent Reliance, the specialist mortgage lender and part of OneSavings Bank plc, has partnered with Personal Touch FS to provide a direct submission route for its brokers and compliment their existing distribution network.
Scott Philips, National Account Manager, will provide ongoing support for Personal Touch’s brokers to ensure their clients are able to access Kent Reliance’s range of specialist buy to let and residential products that include:
- Large property portfolios
- Homes in multiple occupancy (HMOs)
- Complex income cases
- Large property cases
- Limited Company lending
- Expats
